FLB Series Energy-Saving Spinning Tape
Mainly used for various spinning and twisting equipment with spindle tape transmission method.
Main Product Features:
1. Lightweight, thin tape body, high strength, low elongation. Wear-resistant, flexible, and long service life.
2. Moderate friction coefficient, anti-static, no slipping during operation, no lint adhesion, high transmission efficiency, significant energy-saving effect, stable spindle speed, small speed difference. Quick adhesive joint, smooth joint, joint strength comparable to tape body strength.
3. When joining, please use special adhesive, NH-A-2 series adhesive machine.
Storage Guidelines:
1. Avoid heat; do not place near radiators or other heat sources to prevent the tape from becoming brittle due to high temperatures.
2. Avoid direct sunlight; do not expose to direct sunlight to prevent degradation of the coating performance.
3. Avoid moisture; do not expose to rain or damp conditions to prevent the tape from becoming stiff.
4. Avoid oils, acids, and alkalis; do not contaminate with oils, acids, or alkalis to prevent damage to the tape body.

Usage Guidelines:
1. Selection of Spindle Tape Length (Refer to the attached table)
1. Actual circumference of the model + joint length (for composite tape and double-layer tape, generally 30mm).
2. The actual circumference should be measured at the center position of the tension disc.
2. The width of the spindle tape can be determined according to user requirements or based on the model.
3. Surface Treatment of the Joint
1. The surface treatment length for the spindle tape joint is 30mm, with both ends kept consistent for uniform bonding.
2. The grinding shape should be sloped, grinding until the surface shows short fibers and a fluffy appearance, avoiding excessive thinness to prevent affecting joint strength.
3. If the result is unsatisfactory after treatment, adjust the eccentric shaft of the grinding machine to achieve the desired state.
4. The treated surface should be kept clean, avoiding water, oil, and impurities.
4. Adhesive Application
1. Only one of the two ground surfaces (rubber surface) of the spindle tape joint needs to be coated with adhesive. The adhesive should be applied evenly, and excess can be scraped off with a blade or straight edge. After application, there should be no exposed areas (too much adhesive can make the joint brittle and prone to breakage).
5. Spindle Tape Jointing
1. Use the adhesive machine correctly according to the voltage (220V or 36V). Do not connect a 36V machine to 220V to avoid damaging the heating plate.
2. The heating plate temperature is self-controlled at 110–120°C.
3. Place the aligned spindle tape on the heating plate of the adhesive machine with the rubber side up, then apply pressure (pressure ≥40N/cm²). Heat for 3 minutes per session. Avoid skewing during bonding to ensure the tape operates evenly and smoothly.
4. The spindle tape joint should be determined as positive or reverse twist based on the model. The joint direction should align with the operating direction during installation (for single tension wheels, twist once clockwise or counterclockwise; double tension wheels do not require twisting).
6. Common Spindle Tape Issues and Causes
1. Joint separation: Insufficient adhesive application, uncontrolled temperature of the heating machine, inadequate pressure, or the 3cm joint not centered on the heating plate.
2. Joint breakage: Excessive adhesive, heating plate temperature exceeding 140°C, mechanical damage, or the tape falling off the tension disc.
3. Frayed edges: Misalignment between the flywheel pan (rotating shaft) and the tension disc, causing the tape to run off-center and wear over time, leading to frayed or unraveled edges.
4. Joint direction opposite to the operating direction.
7. Precautions for Using FLB Series Spindle Tape
1. If abnormal spindle speed is observed, first check the spindle condition: whether the spindle rod is shaking; whether the spindle bearing is vibrating or overheating; whether the spindle hook is obstructed by excessive lint, hindering normal operation; whether the tension wheel is operating normally; and whether the spindle tape is positioned correctly.
2. If the tape slips, especially at the small pulley, promptly reposition it or remove it from the small pulley.
3. Do not use a "yarn brush" for cleaning; use a bamboo stick instead.
4. Do not over-lubricate the spindle; excess oil on the spindle disc can cause the tape to slip or run off the small pulley.
